great phone but instructions need to be explanatory

A message about roaming keeps popping up each time you make a call which has to be acknowledged. This is difficult for my elderly father who is not good with phones. He can just about dial and press "call".The WhatsApp functionality never worked. It says the app is out of date and needs to be updated but then it can't be updated.The battery charge never held properly. Phone is dead by the end of the day even with no use.Save your money and buy something of a better quality.

I bought this for my son, 45, who does not like smart phones, and there are not many 'button' phones on the market. The flip design is nice, but the phone is flimsy, which is to be expected for the price. Whats app was very tedious to log into, as the keyboard kept choosing the wrong letter. It can import data via bluetooth, but the quality of the image is not very good. It came supplied with a 16g SD card, which was good.I'm 68 and wouldn't buy this for myself, as I'm perfectly at home with smart phones, and this was too basic for me, although it would be good for a senior person, if you set it all up for them.

Battery life is very poor. Digit on key pad don't work properly(No5).Hard to scroll cursor in WhatsApp application.

Not as easy to use as I hoped and it appears impossible to download Whatsapp on to it.

It was very difficult to set up.
