Amazingly fast growing and resilient. We have awful soil in our road and my next door neighbour has all but given up trying to get seed to take. I originally had a wild garden weeds infested with onion grass and self seeding hell. after clearing it adding lime to rid me of onion grass and reduce acidity i thougt id give seed a try before rushing to get turf. i didnt expect much as it was cheap and id never seeded a lawn before. The pictures show just 10days growth from nothing to almost a total lawn. Areas are still filling but thats my fault i rolled the soil too compact after seeding so these areas are taking longer to push through but bit by bit they are. This seed grows fast and is a lovely grass. ive also patched the established lawn and within 5 days that is almost fully patched and the new seed is far superior than what was there that im tempted to dig rest up and seed it with this. I chose it because i have a female dog and i wanted resilience and comfort as she love laying in garden and she loves it already especially as she has two big grass areas now! grows thick and strong and already holding up well with her running on it so thumbs up for performance. Cant recommend more!

Amazing seed, scarified lawn a few times, spread seed over, then watered it, every day, after 4 days seeds is up, just can't believe it, after day 6 started to cut it, omg looks amazing lovely and lush, would highly recommend, is worth every penny,

Seeds arrived next day ,thanks prime delivery ! They are definitely not turbo fast ! For 2 and half weeks nothing germinated and I nearly gave up. But then on day 18 little shoots of grass started to grow and that made me 😊. In a week or so its growing fast ,only thing grass coming is quite patchy but it might be my bad soil. Birds and pigeons love these seeds! I covered the seeds with a thin layer of compost ,that helped. Overall with a little patience you get good results.

I have previously stated that not one blade of grass germinated. I would like to correct this as it has now germinated. It took far longer than stated so I would not describe it as Turbo

Great grass seed , had to mow it 14 days after sowing.

Really disappointed with this seed. I'm an experienced gardener and have used countless varieties of grass seed over the years, and for me this has to be the most disappointing. Used it to fill in patches on two lawns where Badgers had come in and ripped up the grass, even taking care with the preparation, and with the recent warm weather and keeping the site nicely damp, I've seen absolutely no germination. I will avoid this brand in future.
