It's alright for the price, I guess. But it's a piece of flimsy, plastic rubbish compared to the metal and plastic one I had when I was a kid. And that would've been in the same kind of price range as this.

I felt so embarrassed as my son opened thid as a gift and found the contents. It’s very flimsy, and mine won’t turn on. Small parts sent with no little bag or storage, so you’ll need to buy one. Very basic.

My son is very exited about the microscope. I recommend it.
