Great product
This is the third pan I have purchased from Swiss Diamond and we love them all. If they are not abused, they'll last 10 + years. NOW, if I could just become a better cook!

I never write reviews but this pan deserves it.
So I never write reviews (this is my first one), but this pan deserves it. Aside from my Shun knives, this is the best and most important item in my kitchen. I used to mess around with cheap sets of non-stick, such as Rachael Ray, Fagor, etc. I realized that I was using the saute pan more than anything else to the point of it wearing out, then ended up replacing the whole set. Finally, it dawned on me, why not just buy one really nice saute pan since I use it all the time? After much research I decided on this Swiss Diamond. It is AMAZING. Nothing sticks to it, you literally don't have to scrub it at all, just use a sprayer and dry it off and you are done. The heat distribution is far superior than anything I have used. I honestly believe the food I am cooking is better - and my family agrees. My advice is to buy a cheap set of non-stick so you have everything you need, but get a really nice saute pan of good size like this one. You won't regret it!

Great pot but a bit on the heavy side
I love Swiss Diamond pots and pans. It is very easy to use and easy to clean. The only draw back is it is a bit heavy to carry with one hand when pouring food into a plate. Otherwise, I really love this brand and think all their products are great. Be aware of not using it with high heat so you don’t get your pan damaged.

Worth every dime.
Fantastic oversized skillet. Beautifully made of high quality materials which conduct and hold heat evenly. I have many pieces of Swiss Diamond, some for more than 10 years and they still perform. Cleaning is a breeze, and despite the large size it isn't overly heavy.

Excellent Pan but beward it is generic Teflon
Excellent pan with wonderful, clear lid that can either keep steam in or let steam out by a simple twist of the knob. One star is taken off because description tries to make it seem like this is not a teflon non-stick pan, but it is a generic teflon pan...same material just not name brand. I think this is deceptive advertising, however I find it works excellently. My main use is to make veggie casseroles in it and I really don't need to add oil because it will cook easily without oil and not stick.

For the price this is a good pan
To me the price is worth it. I know what the cons are and I've chosen to accept them

Does not honor warranty
The pan was excellent when I first got it. I was really happy at first. Over time, the pan started to scratch even though I only used silicone cooking utensils. The screws that hold the handles to the pan periodically loosen, and I have to retighten them with a screwdriver. The same thing happens to the knob on the lid. Despite all this, I'm still pretty happy with the pan as most things still don't stick.I'd probably be a happy customer, but unfortunately the cap on the lid broke off during dishwashing (it's supposed to be dishwasher safe). Sometimes things like this happen, and I thought it'd be an easy thing to resolve. Their warranty claim process isn't great--you fill out an online form and it emails you a confirmation, but you have to log in and check your claim ticket to see they respond. You don't get any email notifications or anything. After 5+ weeks and several back-and-forths with the warranty team, taking pictures of the damaged lid, etc., they told me to buy a new lid for $30. Screw them. I'll be filing a chargeback with the credit card company.
