SMAKNMA860H Upgraded Version 256 Segments 8A DC24-110V/AC16-80V 57/86/110（12NM） Stepper Motor Driver

This driver has the guts and when given the proper input power, will drive even the NEMA42 class hybrid stepper powering my Z-axis. I’m using a 500 watt 70 volt switching power supply.There is a unilateral mismatch of AC power requirements that many engineers design into too many of the “direct wire” drivers. This mismatch is that US power does not have the 220VAC that many drivers are engineered to handle. Supplying those drivers with US power with 240VAC and its 2 phase system will burn that driver out.
