Love this brand of conditioner, but the pump is awful. I’d rather have to pick the bottle up every time I use it.

When you use conditioner, the one thing you expect is a moisturizing effect that helps untangle your hair and this conditioner does not do this basic thing. This product make your hair feel like you’ve rubbed a bar of soap on the ends and at the same time created more tangles. Have ever wondered what it would be like to literally pour shampoo and conditioner together, then buy this horrible stuff to find out. I’ve read the bottle ten times to make sure that it wasn’t a bottle of shampoo because that’s what it feels like in your hair! Do not buy this conditioner if like your hair and want to keep it nice. It does smell good...

Too diluted to do much good. Smelled okay.

Too watery, not effective at all.

Product dried my hair out, opposite of desired effect. May work for someone else, using on my dog- he smells good.

Doesn't actually condition thick hair
