I wanted to wait a while after using the product before giving my review. I have been suffering from very odd symptoms for a while and was desperate to find out what was wrong with me. Symptoms like random twitches in my hands, cramps in my legs, blurred vision, back pain that would move all around, overall fatigue and weakness, constipation and so on. I had ct scans, mri's and x rays to rule out possibilities of cancer, organ dysfunction and the like. I am 58 years young but was feeling 15 years older due all the problems I was experiencing with my health. I bought Dr. Dean's book and afterwards decided to buy the bundle. My symptoms remained for a while, however, after finding the right dose (my body figured it out with time) I am a new person. After YEARS of taking stool softeners on a daily basis, I no longer need them. I am just beginning to feel strong again and my back pain has diminished. This has been a revelation for me and I will continue with my morning doses until I die.

I am so happy that this little bundle is available on Amazon. I encourage you to try this if you have symptoms that do not make sense, the doctors have no remedy for or if you are suffering with symptoms and side affects from drugs that have been prescribed to you. These nutrients should not be your last choice, they should be your first. First use these products before you try anything else and I promise you will feel better. To figure out the correct portions for you, just start slow and experiment. That is what I did and I have loved getting to know my body this way. I am my own doctor now and I determine how great I feel. And it gets better and better every day. If you need help, call the fantastic support staff that can answer any question you could possibly have. I have rarely ever been able to do that with any doctors. The only question the support staff cannot answer is, "When will the RnA Drops be back in stock?" Miss them :(

Did absolutely nothing. Waste of money

I have been using Dr. Dean’s products for about a year now and I find using magnesium as a calming affect on me and my health has been good, I am not requiring any medications from the doctor and my teeth have been healthy in addition to my gums when I see the dentist.

I like everything about Dr. Dean's products. Red bull gives you wings but Dr. Dean's products will allow you to fly.

Ive been on these products for almost a month and am already seeing positive changes in my health overall.

I hated to give Dr. Dean's product a 1-star review, because most of her products are wonderful...except RESTRUCTURE. When I started taking RESTRUCTURE, I couldn't understand why I was getting diarrhea. When I looked at the ingredients on the back of the product, I found my answer: MILK! (625 mg. lactose). I am extremely LACTOSE-INTOLERANT. The only milk I can drink is Lactaid, which is a lactose-free form of milk. I wish that when this product was made, lactose-intolerant people would have been considered. The product tastes wonderful, and it really and truly does satisfy, but if you're lactose-intolerant, you might want to pass. I have tried and tried to stick with this product, but my intestines are throwing a hissy fit and simply refuse to yield, so I had to stop using what otherwise would have been an excellent product.
