Hoping this'll remove toxins in my body

I can’t attest to much about this product, but the one thing I can claim is that if you’re having trouble sleeping, like I was, this absolutely works. I’d been dealing with insomnia for several years after hormone treatments for prostate cancer. I hadn’t had a decent night’s sleep since 2018. I tried these and the first night I got up once to go to the bathroom, and otherwise slept non-stop. Woke up at 7 refreshed and feeling great. The only night that wasn’t great was when I ran out. My next order was in the mailbox the next day, and I’ve been a serious sleeper ever since. Try them if you can’t sleep. They may even do everything they claim, but I guarantee they’ve helped me sleep.

Like the durability

Started off being a little concerned when it is described as a foot patch and front is labeled Poot Patch. I am not entirely sure of the location of my poot, but the pictures show a foot, so I went with it. I will let you know how it goes in 8 hours.

These feel good on my feet, but you cannot walk around in them. You pretty much have to put the adhesive on them as you are getting into bed or it will come off. It is really unfortunate that the adhesive is not big enough to wrap around the entire foot or strong enough, especially for men. Because of that, I am fortunately will not be purchasing them again.

Ordered 20, opened first pack of 10. Short 1 of the stickies needed to apply to bottom of foot. Other than that. It’s ok.
