Excellent Quality, Great Value
The fact this is a true stone base is really brilliant value for money. I was quoted almost double for something in Resin and moving from a Plastic base this really was an upgrade.It arrived very promptly - the only thing I would say is that the text I received felt like it could be a scam, as they started with "we are a bathroom company" rather than their name, just feedback regarding communication more than anything.

Disappointed - Tray has cracked
Installed in October 2023. Yesterday, whilst using the shower, there was a loud cracking sound. The tray has cracked from the drain-hole to the corner. Not happy at all as shower is now unusable.

Cracked through use.
I've had this installed 18 months. It's not had heavy use at all. Today it just cranked whilst stood on it. Didn't drop anything to cause this. Similar to another review I've seen on here. I'll replace with an alternative brand.

Good base
Base good and heavy making it very stable and strong. One issue the waste trap did not fit the thread was not long enough. I had to get another one locally other than that nice base
