I like to sprinkle this on my breakfast bacon, egg, and cheese on an English muffin for that little bit of maple flavor without the drizzle of a syrup. These work quite well and keep the crunch factor. I can see adding them to a yeast dough for a little extra something as well. Not an overpowering maple flavor but enough to satisfy me.

These are wonderful in yogurt, on ice cream, and with baked sweet potatoes.
