Squeaks, leans, wobbles then falls apart. :(
Initially it's great but goes downhill on fire very quickly. I am of an average fit build 5'10 190lbs, and by no means large enough to damage the chair. After about a few months it started wobbling, leaning and squeaking to the point that I contacted Kinsal for support. I was asked to send pictures of the squeaking and wobbling. Being unable to photograph sound I gave up on the venture and decided to just deal with it. I have attempted to tighten all the bolts & screws as well as isolate/locate the cause of the squeaking and wobbling but have not been able to repair or lessen the issues.I am disappointed that in less than a year it has gotten to the point of being completely uncomfortable to sit in and use. The stitching on the head rest tore as well, but that's just one more thing gone wrong. The quality of the slightly more expensive racing style chairs just isn't there with this one. I will not be repurchasing a Kinsal product unless there are severe changes made with regards to quality and quality control.

Wouldn't buy again and would return if I could.
Not happy in the least with this purchase. Simply put it's a pain to use. When I got it, it seemed like a solid piece of equipment, then I took it to work. If you don't move it's fine but if you attempt to move forward towards your desk after sitting down YOU WILL TIP FORWARD! I have even changed floor mats from plastic to bamboo and even plywood in an attempt to make the chair roll forward without tipping. NOTHING worked. So then I spend $40.00 on new wheels thinking that would help... NOPE! Chair still tips forward even with inline skate wheels.Since I work for an Engineering Firm we decided to do some study on this chair. What we found is that the base is the problem. The angle in which the base of the chair is designed does not provide a stable center of gravity (it's too high at too sharp of an angle) to allow forward movement while under a load. The forward leading wheel digs into the floor causing it to unction improperly. To prove this theory we fitted the chair with the rolling base of another office chair in the office. Problem solved. No more tipping forward and it even feels more stable while laying flat.I hope the manufacturer reads this review and makes changes to the design of the rolling base for future production. It's too late for me to return the chair, otherwise I would.

Sadly Disappointed
In the description of the chair it plainly says that the maximum weight capacity is 350 but if you look at one of the images along the side it says 180-220 pounds.I'm 6'3'' and I weight 335 pounds. I'm more broad than I am fat so I've been looking for a comfortable chair. This wasn't it.The chair didn't feel sturdy at all. It pinched in all the places I was wanting room. The arm rests were uncomfortable, the seat was uncomfortable, the pillows are uselessOne of the plastic pieces that covers the side hinge was broken. The construction of the seat and the obviously large staples holding the fake leather in place looked like it would rip apart within a month or two..I returned it immediately.

Not for bigger guys
I liked the chair, but for being the new upgraded version, I wasnt to impressed. I'm 5' 10, 250. I have bigger thighs, so the side pieces on the seat would dig into them, which made it very uncomfortable, I tried it for a day while gaming, I'd turn a lil one way, then another, could never get comfortable in it, so I ended up returning it and still am looking for a good chair with no sides on the seat. If I could afford to spend $500 on a chair like some gamers, I would, but being on a budget, I'm still looking.

I might give this chair 2... maybe ...
I might give this chair 2...maybe 3 stars...but since I know that I'm the type of person who only reads 1 and 5 stars to understand the polar opinions...I give this chair one star to be heard. I could have spent another 250 dollars to get an DXRacer, and I wish I would have. Out of the box, there was a screw that was stuck and I had to go to the hardware store to buy a hand file to file off the gawddamn screw to be able to assemble it. Then with wood glue and gorilla glue I glued in the missing screw. Not ideal. The arm rest is now already warped so that it always changes positions on me. If you only have $200 this chair will be ok. It will work. If you have the extra cash...spend it on the dxracer.

Don't waste your money!
These chairs start out great. And the company has been good to work with. But after a few months, the chairs start to lean forward as if they are throwing you out of the chair. It loses its height constantly and I always have to raise it back up. It is pretty uncomfortable now. The back rest is adjustable, however it doesn't stay where you want it. I adjust mine at lease once a day. Overall, we are highly unsatisfied with these chairs. We bought them for our office thinking they would be great for sitting an 8 hour shift if they are for gaming, we are disappointed. Don't waste your money because you will have to replace it rather quickly.

do not buy!
First the product came day late. Next thing I noticed when it finally came was that the box was bruised up and looked like it has been sitting in the warehouse for decades. Product came with all the parts but now what I was looking at was nothing what I expected of. The finishes on this chair looked rubbish and despite chair naming it self the upgraded big and tall version, it just feels very uncomfortable for me. ( I am a big guy who is 6ft 3 and 280pounds.) so I am big. Did I expect too much out of a chair that is only 180ish after sales? As you can see from the pictures, it just looks horrible and unfinished. The only reason why I am not returning this chair is because I just had enough of waiting and handling the situation. Kinda lazy to reship this darn thing and receiving another one. Stay away from this product. don't be cheap like me and buy a worthy chair. As far as chair goes, you get what you paid for.
