This has been a great camera
I run a small Youtube channel and this is my primary camera. There are plenty of feature reviews out there for the GoPro 8, so I'm going to focus on its use in the field. These cameras a quite rugged, water proof (down to 30') and great for filming in the backcountry. It's been bumped, dropped, knocked over by the wind, rain and snowed on and licked by my dog and it doesn't miss a beat. The only issue that I do have with the 8 and the 7 (I have both) is that they periodically freeze up and I need to stop, take the battery out and put it back in. Other than that, the 8 has been a great tool!

Read the fine print
I wanted a new camera, however the Item arrived used. Since it came from a "Go Pro Store" I assumed they would be very straight forward and open about something like that. I looked everywhere for "used" in the item page before but could not find it. When I complained after receiving a used camera, I received an e-mail telling me it was sold openly as used. If its there..... it is well hidden. Just read the fine print.
