Well, this is obviously not as good as the £2-3k ebikes in the market but works perfectly well.Starting with the positives, I am very pleased with the battery range, I am 85kg and can easily get 20km on maximum assist and making almost no effort. If I use the battery more sensibly (reducing assistantance when not required and changing gears properly) then I can get about 40-50km before battery runs out.I am not a fit person and did not cycle for 30 years so you could expect better results if you are fit. I also find the quality of the materials reasonably good. I also like the 5 assist levels which gives me freedom of how hard I want to exercise vs getting to work feeling fresh.Maybe the biggest negative is weight. The bike is too heavy specially with the battery on. When on the road thats not an issue but I gave up trying to bring it up to my 2nd floor flat. The battery is a struggle to remove from the bike, I am not sure if it is only my bike though. The brakes are the U shape one which requires adjusting every now and then and the mudguards were a bit wobbly.Nontheless, I am very happy for buying this ebike for such a competitive price. I wouldnt have been able to cycle in my hilly city without the help of this ebike and now I take it almost everywhere.

I bought this bike and assembled it, its excellent quality but what should be up there in the warnings it to WATCH OUT FOR WATER. Its battery is completely exposed and buried in the instructions is a warning to not let it get wet/rained on for fear of a battery fire/explosion.If you are in the UK this obviously means you are at risk basically all year round to a sudden rain shower. There really is no excuse for them to have not put a waterproof rain cover on it, a simple plastic sealed sleeve/hood would be all that was needed but without that the bike is a risk in rainy countries.Otherwise I cant fault this bike. It really is an excellent ebike. Easy to put together. Just needs instructions to how to remove the inbuilt wheel lock and the ability to take out the key when its unlocked instead of aving to keep it in (i'd like to keep my bike key on a keychain and not constantly loose in my pocket please).

Nice bike, especially for the price I paid. It would have been helpful to mention in the ad on amazon uk that the plug to charge it is not a UK 3 pronged but a euro 2 pronged one so needs an adaptor. There were also no instructions in the box or in English online so took some googling to work out how to turn on the lights (hold + button down). Am considering buying the women's version too.

i couldn't set the pedals up due to poor threads manufacturing . all of that and I haven’t use the bike yet...imagine the situation after a couple of months!!

Very satisfied with the bike, especially that it comes complete with lights, stand, built-in lock.Excellent value for money.

Out for my 1st ride on the bike today and gotta say how fantastic this bike is , it’s well made has great functionality really fast , and it freewheels foreverReally happy with my purchase and I’m pretty sure you would be too

My battery charger is not working so I can't charge my bicycle and I can't find charger from Amazon
