recomend this tea!! just make sure you follow the instructions Boil 1 lt of water and add the tea, I prefer to empty the bag and then leave it over night, in the morning I add 3 more littler of water and then separate in small bottles 8 oz with breakfast and lunch and 4 with dinner . Im doing this combined with the intermited fasting. which my last meal is before 7pm and eat at 8 am week one you will see results, but don't give it by grand it. and follow with week 2, 3 and 4 for best results
