Got waaaay more channels with this than I expected
We decided to cut the cord and got an Amazon Firestick but needed an antenna for our local channels. We live in a very remote area, so we knew we would need one with a high mileage range and a booster. We figured we would maybe get 4 or 5 channels, but we were shocked when we picked up almost 30 channels! If you live in a remote area, this is definitely the antenna system you want! Also, the booster/amplifier box is a MUST, as we wouldn't be able to pick up anything without it on. The only cons I have are they don't include the shorter cable that you will need to hook from the box to the TV (but we found one we had put back in our junk drawer, so no huge con there) and the remote for turning the antenna is kind of a crazy set up. There are two buttons on it, and one would assume that you push one to get it to turn clockwise and then the other one to make it turn counter-clockwise, right? That's not the case. It keeps turning in one direction until it reaches the 360 mark and then automatically starts turning the other way. You have to hit the button on the remote (whichever one you decide to push) twice to try to get it to turn the other way. Sometimes it works, sometimes it don't and keeps going in the same direction. This is a bit frustrating when trying to fine tune a station's reception.

Amazing reception
The antenna itself has a lot of plastic parts and feels a little flimsy, but for the price this antenna makes the world of difference. The television towers are located approx. 50 miles to the north and this antenna picks up the signal without any interruptions with crystal clear HD digital quality. I used an app called "TV antenna helper" that helped me point the antenna to the exact heading of the television control towers. The power supply box has a red rotation button that will rotate the antenna in one direction, release and push again and it'll rotate in the other direction; the remote only works with the power supply box so don't try to aim it directly at the antenna and expect it to move. Awesome product, I highly recommend.

Exceeded Expectations
This is the fifth antenna I have tried in an attempt to "cut the cord". I had little success as I am about 65 miles from my closest tower. The best result previously was 7 channels and only 4 were ones I wanted. Assembled this it was relatively easy and I am not the handiest. I attached it to a chimney about 23ft above ground and received 65 CHANNELS. I don't use the rotor as almost all my towers are within a few degrees of each other but I did pick up channels from unexpected directions as a bonus. This antenna has certainly exceeded my expectation.

Clear channels and great price. Worth the $40.
I put this up by myself yesterday. It took me about an hour. I connected it to my utility pole & used the wires already there that my direct TV was connected to, it already has a splitter and ground wire (pretty handy I must say) saved me lots of time and trouble.I catch about 35 channels. (Some are duplicates) but very clear though. The instructions were kinda hard to see, I pretty much winged it based on the picture on the box and common sense.

Comparable to my 60 mile indoor antenna
I had high hopes for this product. Unfortunately, it is comparable to the indoor 60 mile radius antenna I have. I live within 120 miles of Dallas and cannot pick up any channels, and within 80 miles of the cbs affiliate, and no signal. It is outside with no obstructions. Only pro is it does seem to pick up the channels I already have easier and with less hassle of moving the antenna around.

Antenna is amazing!
The area I live in has many trees surrounding the neighborhood so I obviously had some concerns. Well those concerns were put to rest when I did a channel scan and found 50 channels, most of which are HD quality! My antenna is not in a very high position either, so I plan on getting it to a higher location soon. The way I see it, it can only get better, definitely happy with this purchase.

Great antenna. Great price
It's a little flimsy, but gave it five stars for its ability to pick up so many more channels than any other antenna that I have ever used. Great antenna for the price. I would recommend, and purchase again when needed

Bought for my father in law. He did not like it at all. Did not pick up very much locally.
