I put a rounded teaspoon of this in my morning smoothie every day. Not only does it enhance the flavor, but it gives me additional nutrition, which gives me additional peace-of-mind. Also, I use it occasionally when I make faux "fish sticks" with tofu. I like to put it in the flour mixture, along with other spices, and dip my tofu sticks into the mixture, before baking or frying. Yum!

I bought this as an ingredient for the Medical Medium Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie and it has been a great addition to my morning routine! Amazing health benefits and it didn’t taste stale or moldy like I’ve seen others complain about from different brands. I took a star off because the bag was not completely filled to the top like in the photos. My bag was a little over halfway full when it arrived. I’m hoping it was just a factory error because at $20 a bag, I’d hope to get the full 4oz’s. We’ll see next order!
