I've been taking CALM by love life suppliments. I chose this for the natural ingredients...no nasties. It has magnesium and botanical ingredients. I take 2 at night to help with sleep and anxiety as it contains 5htp as well and I don't like using antidepressants. I still don't sleep great but it does help me dose off and sleep better than without it. I do still have anxiety but I feel it takes the edge off a bit. I can swallow the capsules easily and they don't have a strong odour or taste like some others I've tried. Would recommend love life suppliments as I feel like they are a good honest company. I will be continuing with this suppliment for now. I gave 4 stars as i do still have symptoms but hopefully they will improve with continued use.

For:LLS are one of the few supplement brands I use due to their high quality standards, no bulking agents, manufactured in the UK and 3rd party tested. CALM includes 8 clinically proven ingredients to improve sleep quality and the superior form of Ashwagandha, KSM-66. After tracking sleep for over 2 years with WHOOP, I am able to measure any changes to my routine. Despite the heat and difficulties sleeping last week, I still averaged 75% sleep total using CALM, which is my normal for the last 3 weeks.Neutral:The dosage of each ingredient is good, though could do with a slight revision to allow for consuming 400mg or 600mg of KSM-66 without exceeding the clinically proven amounts of other ingredients such as L-Theanine and Lemon Balm extract. Sleep quality didn't improve as such, but this could be attributed to the heat, overall sleep however did not decline.Against:Contains Griffonia Seed Extract (5 HTP) which as I understand it is not recommended for long term use, which is fine if you do not intend on using this product for said use. Could include Magnesium bisglycinate rather than citrate and other ingredients I would like to have seen included are Holy Basil and L-Tryptophan.

This is a really nice blend of ingredients.I find it really helps in a couple of use cases:1. As a sleeping aid to help relax before bed time and provide more restful sleep2. To use during stressful times or when you just need to quieten the mindThe nutrients are very supportive and not addictive so as a sleep aid, I am using this when I just need to wind down better, when I have had a super busy day and my mind is buzzing just before bed. This helps with that.The other times is just when I want to relax more and not necessarily before bed but during the day. I find it is supportive for me. So this is more a as an when needed supplement as opposed to something I take every single day.As with all the LLS supplements I find that this one has also been thought through well and provides high quality, synergistic nutrients.

Easy to take, about an hour before bed. I slept better while taking these tablets. Not a cure for insomnia but certainly helped to relax me and become part of my winding down routine before bed. No side effects, definitely worth a try. LLS always excellent quality.

I’ve used many natural sleep supplements over the years (Apogenin, Magnesium threonate/bisglycinate, L-theanine) because I’m not a good sleeper. This blend has trumped the lot. I use an Oura ring to track my sleep and have noticed a significant improvement in sleep efficiency and deep sleep. I highly recommend trying it to see if it works for you!

I still have the occasional bad night but bearing in mind how bad all my nights were I'm so glad I found them!

This is an amazing product! It helped me to sleep better and overall to have a less anxious nights. I take two capsules 30 minutes or one hour before sleep and I can feel the difference straight away. I’ve been taking this supplement for a month now and I’m about to order the second one. Great job love life supplements!

I ordered this product as i already know the health benefits of the ingredients, i will 100% be purchasing this again, i take the capsules in the evening to give me a sense of calm to unwind and have me set for a peaceful and restful sleep, my anxiety has reduced noticeably, It does what it says on the label CALM :)
