Not fit for purpose
This BT mouse seem so good on paper, but lacks and under-delivers in practice. The ergonomy is great, the size and the functions look like just enough for everyday use, but that's also where the problems start.First of all, it only supports one paired device - I couldn't believe it! It's absolutely outrageous in 2019 to manufacture such mouse that can only be paired with one device. I regularly switch between two OSes on the same laptop, and every time I do that, I had to pair mouse with the laptop again.Second, it seems to be having problems on some smooth surfaces with not enough texture and is missing the movements. I thought the blue laser technology was developed just to avoid such problems. I'm not talking about using it on glass, it was sooth black surface made of wood.Overall, I can only recommend it if you like to use it with one device ever, and if you carry a mouse pad with you - otherwise steer clear.

Good value and sturdy mouse
I've just recently replaced my laptop and wanted to get a bluetooth mouse as opposed to one with a dongle as the new laptop is very slim and has limited USB ports. After a bit of searching around, I thought I'd give this one a try.It feels well built but not too heavy. The battery compartment is well designed with an easy to remove, magnetically held cover. Pairing is quick and painless and I've not had any issues with this dropping our or freezing. The only negative is that the documentation does not state how to turn it off! It turns out that you just press the pairing button once briefly on the underside and this will turn it off. I only found out from a search of other reviews.

A bit of a bargain?
I paid Amazon just £15 for this Microsoft Bluetooth mouse (including same-day Prime delivery). As soon as I completed my purchase the Amazon price changed to £32. It is even more expensive in high street shops. As such, I think I may have a bit of a bargain!Anyway, I purchased this for my new Huawei MateBook D 14 2020 notebook PC. I detest touchpads, so I wanted a slimline mouse that also didn't take up one of the USB ports. Indeed, it does the job very well.BT pairing was simple, the mouse is comfortable to use and battery life is excellent. The mouse can be powered off by pushing the button on the underside. It arrived with the necessary 2 AA batteries (proper Duracells!). The MateBook allows me to disable the touchpad only when a mouse is present - ideal for my needs.I know some people find the mouse a bit too slim for comfort. However, I have no problems - probably because I already used a similar HP slimline mouse at work. Also, being slimline means that the mouse slips unobtrusively into my laptop case when I am on my travels.I probably wouldn't be quite so chuffed if I had paid £32. However, at just £15, this is a bit of a bargain!

Keeps losing connection
Lovely looking and comfortable little mouse, perfect size to go with my 12" laptop that I use when travelling for work. HOWEVER - the 'sleep mode' is annoying as the mouse doesn't wake up very easily, plus it often loses connection completely and you have to go through the whole connection process. Very annoying, particularly when you are busy (which I invariably am!)

Utter Rubbish - Avoid
For what should be a plug and play mouse from Microsoft - you'd expect it to "just work" - however once connected to bluetooth on my laptop, the mouse does nothing at all.Googling this - it appears to be a not uncommon "feature" - with lots of "complicated" (for what should be a plug and play mouse) ways of solving the problem, including rolling back security updates etc from the past. Bah. I do not have the time to spend faffing around command line security feature roll backs just to get a mouse to work.Very dissappointing from Microsoft that you'd very much expect to work with Windows 10. How can cheap Chinese products "just work" yet a premium Product from Microsoft not?AVOID AVOID AVOID.If it had worked - the mouse felt nice enough, although a little on the light side. Much prefer an Apple Magic mouse (which I appreciate is double the price).

Great little mouse and a great price
I’m a mac user, but don’t like the apple mouse... I wanted something small, light, portable...this ticked all those boxes.Underneath, it has slick beading that goes around the whole edge of the base which makes it smooth on most surfaces. The battery cover is magnetic and well thought out. It’s a single button on the bottom for pairing. The colour is very subtle... for me it’s simple, not too popping, and is just enough to bring a bit of colour to the deskThe clicks are nice... they feel cushioned, so not too loud...certainly doesn’t feel cheap. The scroller is metal...i do wish it could be used as a back and forward button like on some mice...but this is a scroller and a down button. The only issue is when your computer goes into sleep mode... you have to move or click the mouse a few times to wake up and connect — i understand this is just the mouse reconnecting as it wakes up - some mice are quicker - but i guess this helps make the battery last longer.

Decent mouse
As an every day mouse it isn’t the best but I do generally use it every day. It’s a bit on the flat side. I don’t have the biggest of hands so it’s not such an issue for me but I do sometimes get frustrated with the size. If you have bigger hands you may find this small for longer sessions of work.As far as a mouse to throw in the bag to take with you on travels, it’s great. Easily fits in the bag.Features are not a strong point. Left click, right click, scroll up and down or click the wheel. No extra buttons for back and forth. So not great if you want more functionality but I’m happy with the basic mouse functions for daily work.Pairing the mouse with a windows laptop (my work device is a windows surface go) couldn’t have been easier. Turn it on next to the laptop with Bluetooth enabled and it offered to pair straight away. Very similar to the apple echo system of smart paring. So a win there.Battery life seems good to. So far I’ve been using the same batteries since setup over a month ago and I use it for work basically every work day of the week.
