Slide the end of cloth with an extra bit, over the mop end, otherwise the wringer feature doesn't work . Instructions could be better on fitting together but it works well when it's assembled OK.

The media could not be loaded.  The squeezer came right trough which it should not have but it still cleans the floor well

It’s brilliant completely dries the floor after mopping.this is my second one , highly recommended

I thought the self wringing idea was good but in practice it was very cumbersome. Also the mop is very wide - almost too wide to fit into my sink and much too wide for average sized washing up bowl. Disappointing.

Great mop with 6 changeable pads. I use it at home as it's stronger than what you would buy for home use, but don't think the handle seems strong enough to take the hours of every day floor cleaning in a commercial setting (even though the pads would).The pads are easy to change and wash very well which saves time and money.

Didn't use it as gadget for wringing it out was too fidgety to work. Returned.

Its a bit big but it's very easy to use and clean my laminate flooring in no time
