Took apart. Build is good quality. Have not wired it in yet. Looks equal to better in quality when put beside a generac smm.I would buy again4-2024 updateJust wired it in, seems ok.Removed a star because when i tightened down the load and line screws for the electric wires, a piece of plastic from the relay cracked off !Hmmmm !? Whatup with that ?

Quality control print on box lid failure.
Device will probably wok okay. But when you screw lid on, print on lid is sideways.

SMM support
The directions for the SMM are not very clear . I tried contacting the “ contact us “ , 3 x not one response . Sad , it seems as a well made product , but it you can’t setup the programcorrectly , the product is worthless .

Just opened the box on Tuesday and the electrician told me it’s broken

Bought two of these Briidea load shedding, relays.
Like above, I purchase two of these I just installed one and it fails to lock out my load on generator power. Trying to get a hold of the company is like pulling teeth. Sadly it’s just over a month I purchased it therefore I cannot return it to Amazon.. as of now I do not recommend this piece of garbage. Tomorrow I will install the other one and hope for the best but I doubt I will have any luck.If by some chance it does work, I will put a new posting review on this item after it’s tested fully.

NOT UL Listed -- Cannot Legally Install in most of US
There is no UL Listing logo anywhere on the instructions or printed on the unit. This item cannot legally be installed in my location and most of the US. Do NOT buy unless you are aware of this.
