Good for fiber

I though this would be like other products Hype.. But no i started taken for the first three days i have been going to bathroom twice day normal which is good and feel great it has taken the bloating away from stomach, love it..

Woke up this morning with sharp pain in left side of my chest. I had no idea what the cause was. Later on I had taken this product 20 minutes bf I ate with 2 glasses of water. A few hours later my chest pain came back. In pain as I write review. No thank you! Ok it is the next day and I can't take a deep breath without my chest hurting. Something else is going on! Today is day 5. I am doing alot better! Once in a while when I go to take a deep breath it still hurts. My husband thinks it was some inflammation in my chest and suggested I take Ginger Root which really helped. Thankfully! Product should be recalled till they figure it out.
