5 stars for the seller too. I bought 2 of these as Christmas gifts but a little too early. By the time the 2nd one was opened it was past the return window. 1st safe was perfect. 2nd one had a faulty wire so it would only open with the key. I emailed the seller to see if there was an easy fix and they sent me a replacement even though i was past the return window. Love this safe, it's amazing! And I appreciate the seller's willingness to make it right. Buy with confidence.

Solid case! Does what it should!!

I bought this safe because we now have 4 grandchildren who like to explore our house. I found the safe easy to set up and use. I did initially have a question about the safe. I emailed support and they responded within 24 hours and were very helpful. Setting up a 5 number PIN was easy. Also setting up your fingerprint access was equally as easy. Actually the fingerprint access works better than the fingerprint access to my I Pad. The safe comes with a cable which allows you to secure it to a bed post or you can screw it to the floor of your room. It also comes with a large gray bag that fits into the safe. It appears to be a Faraday Bag. I plan on buying a few more of these to place around my house to secure the rest of my guns. The price is unbeatable.

Just received yesterday and works great! Finger print scanner seems a little touchy but otherwise works great, seems pretty solid, definitely worth the money!

Nice gun case. Works as intended. Losing one star because the buttons and the inside do not have a light when in operation. Therefore, in an emergency, you need room lights on or a flashlight to see what you’re doing.Customer service quickly reached out to me and appreciated my observations. Their friendly team left me satisfied with my purchase.

Just had an incredible experience with Ainiro's customer support group. I lost my key and could not get into the gun safe I had purchased from Ainiro about a year ago.I called up their customer support phone number. Not only did they help me figure out the easiest way to break into the gun safe, to get my gun out, but they ended up sending me a replacement gun safe exactly like the one I had purchased. It was my mistake and it did force me to destroy my gun safe to get to my handgun, but it was great that Ainiro agreed to send me a replacement unit.They will get all of my gun safe business in the future.

Well on my 3rd time of reprogramming safe, numeric function works fine but fingerprint reader is so far sub par, I'm going to work with this another day but if I can not get reader to work properly, I'm going to return it for a refund and buy from another company. I bought this first to make sure that my grandchildren can't access my pistol, now in other reviews I hear complaints that it's easy to break into with a nail file, that I find to be absurd. The safe is well built and isn't made to keep out criminals, it's to keep the gun away from a child more or less, if you want to keep someone from stealing your gun then I suggest that you get a regular safe, but back to my complaint fingerprint reader must work properly so that I can quickly access the firearm in case of an emergency, I'm really hoping that I can get it to work properly, I'd rather not return it, it is a nicely built safe. 07/27/2023 update after a great response from the manufacturer I returned safe, only to receive the safe with damage to the box. Hoping that safe wouldn't be damaged I opened box used key to start as normal and I could tell immediately the door opened improperly, also closed improperly. started a new return. Now I don't know if I'm willing to take the chance on purchasing another, it's like a shot in the dark. This is not the manufacturers fault this is on Amazon, in my opinion damaged boxes should be set aside and inspected before shipment. This company has the greatest customer service, after each review they had contacted me by email. After 2 bad safes sent to me by Amazon they decided to send me a gun safe free of charge, thankfully the third safe works flawlessly, after several days using fingerprint reader I am completely satisfied with my gun safe. I hope that everyone gets a good safe. It may have very well been that the first safe had been mishandled and the second one most definitely had been mishandled. AINIRO is a good company and as I said their customer service is just impeccable THANK YOU AINIRO for taking care of me. I am considering getting a second one for my wife
