I’ve tried a number of this type of unit to work with the iPad 11 inch, and I have to say that this is certainly one of the best. It’s certainly robust with a rubber housing actually holding the iPad itself, which then attaches with magnets to the keyboard part of the product.The keys are very responsive with a relatively firm touch. The layout might be a little restrictive for elegant touch typing - that’s definitely beyond my abilities these days, so I can’t say that for sure!The unit reconnects to the iPad without any fuss at all. Getting the iPad back into the rubber surround can be a bit of a struggle, but I imagine that will get easier over time.Overall it’s the best that I’ve tried to date, and the price must be considered very reasonable if you compare it to the Apple Magic Keyboard. I have been that extravagant once - for my 12.9 inch iPad - so I’m fully aware of the excellence of the Apple product (and also fully aware of the price!).If you want a good quality alternative, buy this one!

Good, well presented and very satisfying

So I was using Logitech slimfolio keyboard case.But I wanted to have something I can easily detach the iPad from Keyboard rather than taking out from the case.Magic Keyboard or any similar ones those in Amazon are not gonna protect my iPad unfortunately.But this one has a durable case and I can easily remove from the keyboard case and attach back on.Also like adjustable height.Value for money? Not sure but I bought Used like new from Amazon warehouse so it went down to £56. I would say it is worth £56 as it is a very good quality very well-made.Keyboard is very good and pleasant to type.A few downsides, keys are quite small. As I have very small hands this is not a problem but if you have big hands, you might feel uncomfortable.Also the edge of keyboard is not plastic. More like flexible something.Maybe this can reduce the weight but not sure about how long it will last.Backlight is ok. I wish the fonts are transparent so that I can see easier in the dark.I would say the battery lasts long.Since bought it I have been using but still have good amount of battery.

I love this! I wanted a case and a keyboard. The Apple keyboards don’t offer a rugged case, UAG offer a case that fits around the Apple keyboard but this is the best of both. The iPad detaches from the keyboard but is still in a good case.The keyboard is nice to use. The only two negatives against the Apple option are the keyboard doesn’t charge wirelessly from the iPad like the Apple one and it is heavy but neither of those are issues simply plug in the keyboard when you plug in your iPad and if you want light just leave the keypad behind.I also have a Zagg pencil and that is excellent too.

I’m on my 3rd iPad going back to 2011 and it was only earlier this year that I ever used one with a combined keyboard/cover with it. We changed systems at work recently and I can now access all my work via an iPad using our system’s iOS app. With the Zagg keyboard, I can proof work on our case management system and get emails off as if I were on my laptop. Brilliant when needing to access our system for 15-30 minutes when away from the office to get some work proofed and/or emailed.
