PELONIS Remote Control and Adjustable in Height 3-Speed Oscillating Pedestal Fan with 7-Hour Timer, 16 inch-AC Motor, White

When I first reviewed this fan I gave it 1 Star. Why? Because it basically did nothing. It was all my fault. I assembled it incorrectly.Now that the fan is correctly assembled it works perfectly! It moves air efficiently and quietly. Even set to HIGH the fan is relatively quiet.The Pelonis fan osculates smoothly and it is easy to adjust the head angel. The base provides a solid foundation - no wobble.The only minor flaw is that I wish the Pelonis allowed for another inch or 2 of height adjustment.

Love this fan the remote control feature is great comes in handy when I am chilling in my room. It cools down my room fairly quick on all three settings, so even when I use the low setting it does a good job cooling down the room. As far as fans go it is not real noisy, it is the quietest fan in the house right now but don't get me wrong it is quieter not quiet. It makes its far share of noise, I have surround sound 70" television and I have to crank it up to 30 for me to hear when the fan is going, I usually have the volume at 15.

It assembled easily. I watched Utubevideos showing how to put together and so when it got here I was ready and got it done in minutes. I'm a75 yr old disabled woman with verylimited mechanical ability so if I can do it anyone can. No problems with the remote either. I got the screws tightened good so it is very stable and is pretty quiet. I got it for low noise level and a remote and from the Amazon Warehouse. Someone said the housing didn't attach to the post but there is a screw that you have to remove from the housing with a Phillip's screwdriver then put on the housing and screw back in to hold the housing onto the pole. Also you have to turn the plastic knob to the left to hold the fan blade in place. So far so good for now. I really love this fan. Judt got it today. If any issues in the near future will revise this.

I own five of these fans. They are great for the money. Gave remote 4 stars because you cannot remote control oscillation. Remote is efficient, operating for over a year on two, AAA batteries (not included). Everything else about the fan is fine. It’s quiet, stable, easy to assemble and take apart for cleaning. Bought my first one a couple years ago for $39 so price has gone up but not too bad. Update: I just assembled my fifth of these fans. This is the “Upgraded” model. There is a slight groaning sound from the motor, especially noticeable at medium and high speeds. I think it will be a problem for me. I’ll know in a couple of days. Changed I overall rating to 4-stars. By the way, all five fans are working well.

I had bought a fan by Lasko for the same price. It was a major PITA to put together. It fell one time onto a soft surface and never worked again. This one is so superior its amazing. The cage around the fan is metal and VERY easy to put together, the other one was plastic and never went together right. If you follow the directions the rest of it is easy too, I just usually don't read them until I'm stuck :). The remote is very basic but that's all you need. When I have a hot flash in the middle of the night it is so heavenly to be able to turn it on and off without getting out of bed. I plan to buy another one for my Livingroom. So far this one has not fallen but I have a feeling it will survive if it does.

Oh my word I love this fan! I got the white one with 3 speeds and it works great! I can feel it blowing on me from way across the room. The lowest setting cranks out some really good air flow so 3 speeds is more than enough for me. I love that it had a remote (needs 2 AAA batteries which are not included). It's very sturdy and looks great in my modern apartment and it was simple to put together (simpler than the instructions). I'm very happy with this purchase. I highly recommend this fan!

I love this fan. This is my second one. Bought the first one over 12 years ago for my hot flashes. Kept the remote on my night stand for instant relief, on and off through the night. It is easy to take apart and clean but is a little louder than my first one and is easy store. My first fan is still working but is noisy because I was careless taking it apart and loss a screw so it’s now on standby but but if the new one works as long as the old one I will not need it. Only negative is the remote stopped working after about 5 years. Those hot flashes gave it a workout!

The fan is a good buy for the price and does a decent job. However, I am disappointed because I read reviews and description thoroughly yet I was misled by both. The description and reviews both said the rotation (side to side motion) could be turned on/off by remote. That is FALSE. the remote has 3 buttons, Power, Speed, Timer. The remote also has poor range. Distance away from the device is fine, but you have a very narrow window using the remote at any angle. You have to be almost directly in front of the fan for the remote to work. The fan is easy to assemble with a Phillps head screwdriver. The mechanics of the fan are quiet but it makes considerable noise moving air. Overall I am very disappointed because I need a fan for when my movement is restricted to one space for a long period of time. So I want the ability to change the angle of the fan by remote control. The other factors are negligible to me for the price.

Bought this fan for our bedroom since there isn't much air flow there on hot days, even with windows open. Keep in mind that it is shorter than the average pedestal fan but it blows strong wind and isn't very noisy. The remote is handy but doesn't come with AAA batteries, which we don't have, but that's not a dealbreaker for us. It's also pretty lightweight so I can move it easily between rooms. Also easy to assemble. I would recommend this fan.

Finally assembled it and turned it on. Lasted 10 mins, burn smell and died.Dont buy it. Rip off!

Not too noisy on high speed, seems like a good build and not cheap

This is a Christmas gift, and is exactly what was on the shopping list. I am sure the remote control will be appreciated.
