Man, this thing is hefty, but it’s worth it because it will outlast all your other portable power banks. Even when you forget to charge it after 3 (or 5?) phone battery fill-ups.I’m usually an Anker or bust type of person, but this product is really impressive and on par. No battery bloating, no overheating, power ratings/ports are consistent and reliable, and it has been dropped at least once or twice, despite my best efforts. Love this thing.

Has a lot of power and is very useful for a lot of devices.

I bought the Mophie power bank months ago and loved it. Because others in the family liked it too I needed to order another one. The second one would not charge so I returned it - but because I loved the first one so much I thought that it might have been a fluke so I ordered a third one - and same thing - wouldn’t charge. This time I called Mophie to troubleshoot and they explained that it’s likely that they are stored incorrectly and that they are all defective and that I should order one directly from them/the manufacturer, that it should be fine. Nope, can’t do it anymore. Trying a new brand and bought one from a store near my house so I can avoid dealing with another return. I’m disappointed and frustrated at the same time. Beware.

It’s a little heavy but works great

I tried to charge the power bank for daaaysss but it would not charge beyond two lights (which is where I received it on). I used it once at a wedding, it charged my phone amazingly well; however, when I went home to try to charge the power bank, it wouldn’t charge beyond one light.I prefer the Iniu Portable Charger is my favorite. The paw lights up as it’s charging & you can see the charge amount the entire time.

I do deliveries and my phone would constantly run out of power from running navigation apps all day. I tried another power pack, and it would just keep my phone going so I wouldn't have to deal with low battery messages all the time. This actually adds power to my phone while I'm using it!!!! I just have to make sure I charge the power pack up when it gets down to 1 light, or it won't have enough power for my phone.

Works as described. It has good power and lasts but it is really heavy. Not the worst thing in the world but not the most convenient.
