The spin is smooth and quiet~ It's even better that they're adjustable! (just be sure to bend them slowly and little at a time, of course) I'm so happy with them! I love love love this ring, and I get so many compliments! The ring is not made of real gold, but it seems well made as I have not yet broken the spinner! It has not stained my skin or anything. It is lightweight and so pretty!
