Obtained this at the advice of my mechanic, who installed an aftermarket A/C compressor for us. Seems to do the trick, since we get cold air when we press the button. This went into a 2001 Subaru Outback 2.5L.

DID NOT COME WITH O-RINGS FOR REFRIGERANT LINES! TOOK APART CAR ONLY TO HAVE TO GO BACK OUT TO FIND THE PROPER O-RINGS. SUCKED!
