I know it says to take one a day, but I take two in the morning and it gives me so much clarity focus and energy to get my day going way better than coffee. I will be receiving a bottle a month. I have used many different brands but this one seems to do the job so much better.

Good product, I noticed that it does give me more mental clarity and and maybe a tad bit of energy but I’ve only been taking one a day before work so maybe I’ll try and take two and see if it gives me more energy. As far as my health I’m still trying to figure out if it’s helping. The capsule is small and very easy to swallow overall it’s a good product and I will be ordering again.

I really like the product, but I think I’m having bad reactions to it. Bad headache and my neck feels like I have whiplash.
