The bar is bendable which means you can adjust the angle in which you want to immobilise the elbow joint.The straps hold well but i would advise wearing a long sleeve t-shirt as some of the velcro can be a bit prickly.The only bad side which is of no fault of the product is that by me immobilising my tennis elbow i have made it 10 times worse and now currently under going physiotherapy.DO NOT IMMOBILISE A TENNIS ELBOW!

The overall product is OK quality but the metal insert is not as flexible as described and is difficult to flex.Definitely check the sizing because this is not one size fits all (or “most”). 13.5” around the bicep might be ok for a female, teenage boy or a very skinny man but no good for most men.

used this to help mend tennis elbow which i had been in pain with for some months. I wore this with a slight bend as recommended. This fixed my tennis elbow in about 1 month. I haven't given 5 stars as the metal brace kept slipping out as it's only kept in with a velcroed flap. This was a minor inconvenience and was sorted by not bending my arm when i had the brace on.

Product is too small to go around my arms comfortably. I normally fit medium size splints and support bandages but this only really fits my forearm not elbow.Also it seems almost impossible to line the straps up in such away that the spiky velcrow doesn't dig into my skin. Maybe with help it could be done but I have not yet succeeded on my own. Also my other splits solve this just by having the spiky bit of velcrow on the bottom then the soft bit on top. That way you can never get spiked so would call this a bad design :(Otherwise product feels strong and well made so if you have smaller arms and are wearing over your clothes it might be ok.
