I originally wrote a negative review about this seller because when I received the package the product was entirely missing minus the charging cable. This company was super awesome and upon requesting a replacement and preparing to return the box, I received a replacement super quickly!The bluetooth is super easy to connect to other devices and I don't know how I've navigated typing lengthy messages on my smartphone before this! I am typing this review using the keyboard. The reflex of the keys is excellent and I am an over 100 WPM typer and I don't notice any of the lag or delays. I haven't tried this for gaming so I'm not sure how it works with gaming but for regular typing it is excellent. Could not recommend more!

I like this set so much, I bought another set for travel. It's compact but full size for typing.The thing I don't care for most of the time is the back button on the mouse that you use your thumb for. I sometimes hit it in the middle of things, and it brings me back a page.

UPDATE: My son uses the "defective" keyboard and mouse with his iPad and he LOVES IT!! It is not a bad choice if you don't have magnetic or metallic obstacles like I do on my desk setup. As you'll read below, the ONLY issue is with the metallic body under very specific conditions that most of you won't have. If the body of the keyboard was plastic, it would be the perfect choice. Also, battery life is superb! Since purchase, I have recharged the keyboard and mouse once.While the aesthetics of the keyboard are awesome (I particularly love the small size of this full keyboard), the metallic back of the keyboard interferes with the bluetooth receiver. At first, I thought it was a defective bluetooth receiver on the keyboard (since the mouse did not have a problem keeping a connection). When I received the replacement, I noticed that the replacement keyboard experienced the same issue. I immediately suspected this was a design issue for the reason I already mentioned.While I am a software engineer now, I formerly an electronics technician with 17-18 years experience in the field of radio frequencies. Without appropriate diagnostics tools, I decided to run a rather rudimentary experiment: I placed the keyboard near other metallic objects to see if the behavior would change. While this was somewhat successful, it wasn't to the degree I expected. Then, almost by accident, I found the problem. This keyboard CANNOT be used near magnetic sources.If you notice on the attached picture, I have a sound bar between the 2.4GHz dongle and the keyboard. The distance between the keyboard and the dongle is a little over 12 inches, well inside the effective range of the dongle. As configured on the picture, the keyboard works great. No interruptions of any kind. However, if I place the keyboard ON TOP of the sound bar (bringing it closer to the dongle), the keyboard falters. Keystrokes won't register, some register twice, some get delayed, etc. This should not happened since the keyboard would be 1) closer to the bluetooth source, and 2) nothing in the line of sight. I concluded this was due to the interference of the speakers magnetic fields.A second experiment yielded similar result. For this experiment, I placed the keyboard on top of my work laptop, which has very strong magnets to keep the lid close. I placed the laptop on the same location you see in the attached picture, so the distance between the dongle and the keyboard is roughly the same. Because these magnets are very strong, the keyboard gets pulled by these magnets. This subjects the keyboard to a much stronger magnetic field. When I do this, the keyboard fails miserably. The overwhelming majority of the time, keystrokes will not register until I pull the keyboard away from the laptop, or I use another USB extender and bring the dongle to a few inches away from the keyboard.Keep in mind that I repeated these experiments on the mouse, and the mouse performed as expected every time. The mouse body is all plastic.CONCLUSION:1) The keyboard works fine as long as you do not place it on or near magnetic sources.2) The range of the keyboard (when #1 above is true) is well within the expected range.Why four-stars?I was considering something like 3 stars because this is definitely a flaw in the keyboard design. I believe that, for most people, this won't be an issue. Also, my communication with the vendor was very positive and they were willing to work with me on this manner. For this reason, I gave this product 4 stars. It is not perfect, but it isn't bad either. All other features of this keyboard are great. And as long as you follow my advice, you should not have any problems with the product (unless it is legitimately defective).

Letter N just stopped working out of the blue. Loved this keyboard, so disappointed I can no longer use it and cannot return it.

I quite enjoy using this set with 2 different all-in-one computers it is very easy to use

I started writing this review at 10:49AM. Plus I am not making any corrections to the keystroke product. Let's see how it does.Of course, It's going to work while I'm leavinnnnnng a product review. This iis ridiculous! #facepalm!What I've noticed it that there is a SERIOUS delay in connection. Sometimes I have to hit keys randomly and repeatedly to "wake it uppp". I've had to turn it off and back on again for it to connect, and even then do I have to continue to hit keys to wake it up. I thought it was because the battery was dead, but I have the darn thing PLUGGED IN using the charging cord, and still a lag in connection. Plus, the keyboard tends to type a character multiple times! I spend more time deleting the multiple characters than I do actually typing what I need. It's so bad that spell check doesn'''t even recognize what I'm trying to type in order to suggest a correction. I have had to revert to my integrated keyboard to get the results I need (defeating the purpppose of tttthis purchase), because this keyboard is not efficient enough.I hate that I waited until past the return window closed. Now I have to invest more money into a new keyboard. The mouse works just fine, so at least I don't have to make a full purchase again.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!!I finished typing this at 10:55AM, and I type approximately 90 words per minute.

I love the feel, disconnects maybe once a day and I have to hit the Bluetooth button to reconnect. Otherwise, nice keyboard. Have been using for about 3 months now.

The product is sturdy and the build is good . It holds the charge for quite sometime (I charge it only once a couple of weeks and I am a software engineer). Key touch is pretty smooth. Bluetooth pairing works well tooThe cons however are that the key travel is clost to nil so, if you are the one who.likes a nit of key travel, this is not for you. Also, the switching between devices works well when you 'switch to' a Bluetooth device but not when you 'switch to' 2.4G wireless device . The latter switching is pretty laggy and needs a few seconds to connect and can miss a few key strokes if you aren't carefulAlso, the mouse, although good in performance, has button to switch between devices at the bottom. This makes it pretty useless if you switch frequentlyThe performance could have been better for a keyboard that is priced at 4 k

Keyboard is lagged when type in Pc via 2.4 GhKeyboard is smooth typing when connected via Bluetooth.

I brought it skeptically, but products are worth the price.

I would suggest anybody could bite it's a great product I like it very much

I am delighted to have purchased this and have been using this mouse and keyboard together for over a month now. I have charged it only once and it continues to show 100% despite daily usage for several hours. I only wish this was a mechanical keyboard at this price. Purchased it for Rs. 3470. The only thing that bothers me is that the mouse and keyboard together stop responding once in a while and the only way out is to disable and enable Bluetooth on the laptop. While this is almost instant, it is just annoying but I can live with this. Good product at a decent budget.
