VOBAGACoffee Cup with Lid and Flat-Bottom, 14 oz Tea Mug for Daily Use Warming Coffee&Tea (Black)

I purchased this to go with the VOBAGA heating unit, as none my current coffee mugs have a flat bottom. However, this one is not much better in that department. It is OK, but doesn't really stay warm unless the coffee is down 2/3s of the cup (below upper half). I do not prefer the white interior, all black would be better. While the lid arrived a bit loosely, it was not chipped. It fits the cup by laying on top. It has an opening for sipping? Why? You can not hold a hot cup of liquid with a loose top up to your mouth and expect to drink without burning your mouth and dripping hot liquid, or worse, having the lid fall off in your face having burned the finger attempting to hold it on the cup. I would love to see a video demo of someone drinking with that lid!!! And, the cutout ruins it as a heat holder - i.e. if one were to step away from their desk for a few minutes and wanted to cover the cup to retain warmth. IDIOTIC.Finally, the quality of the mug itself is good, but not worth more than $4 shipped with Prime. "Cute" idea as a less expensive way to keep coffee warm on your desk than the $100 programmed units that are becoming ubiquitous online. Just not practicable. Sorry.

Loose fitting lid allows for potential breakage if dropped. Cutout in lid serves no purpose. Handle shape is a bit cumbersome when holding up to mouth.

The product is a great value and of exceptional quality. I would have given a five star review, except for the fact that one of the coffee lids on the order was broken upon arrival. I had previously ordered the cup warming pad from this company, and I find that the cups and warmer work exceptionally well together.

This is a well-made sturdy mug and the flat bottom sold me because I use a desk warmer. The only problem is that the handle is awkward to grip making drinking sometimes hazardous. I also wish It was a bit larger but that's a personal preference. Overall, it's a nice mug with a flat bottom which makes a difference as the rimmed mugs simply don't stay warm as well.

I bought this cup to go with a mug warmer that I purchased earlier. It made no difference in how the warmer worked. My usual cups warm just as well.
