Just as advertised, comfortable and helped sleep really well.

This pillow is very well made, I bought the queen size which is very similar to a standard pillow size, I tried the pillow for around 8 days, starting off with a couple of hours at a time, I purchased it hoping it would help my neck and shoulder pain, which to quite a big degree it did do, but, I then developed severe pain between my shoulders and under my arm pits , so sadly I have decided to return it. I am 75+years, I mention this only because I do think younger people would be able to get some neck and shoulder pain relief from this item, but me being less supple having less muscle it only moved my pains position. I will keep looking.

I ordered queen size, it fits in a normal pillow case(just about, the cervical wedge in the middle is tight though)Pillow is firm but not uncomfortableIve had very sore neck for a long time and a very painful shoulder (I'm side sleeper) this pillow has most definitely made a difference to me. I'm in much less pain n I've only had it a few days. Definitely worth the purchase

I'm having an issue where I sleep on my side with my chin on my chest. It's interfering with my clear breathing. I wanted a pillow that would force an upward chin tilt. How specific!This pillow definitely is helping with that. The depth of the pillow and tilt down to the centre keeps my head in position and helps to keep my breathing easy.But. Omg it's firm. I've been using another memory foam pillow for a while so it's not like I'm still transitioning to memory foam. Still, I wake up in the morning feeling like I've slept on a foam brick. Neck is stiff. It's like trading off one problem for another.When your head hits this pillow, you don't feel like, ahhhhh, I've arrived at my delicious bedtime. You feel like, oh, you again. Well. You're the best I've got for now.It's not too expensive so it's worth a shot especially if you're used to a firm pillow. It's well made, doesn't need to off-gas and is the deepest pillow I've ever used in terms of neck support which is awesome. If you rotate the pillow 180 degrees you can have a different level of support. Sometimes the lower side feels like a neck vacation. It's just so bizarre.Definitely feels like a prescription pillow as opposed to an indulgence.

Bought this pillow to help with my neck problems and the hope it would help with snoring ( but mine is due to health problems, so only medical treatment will help with it) .Such a comfy pillow, I used to wake up every morning before this pillow with a sore neck, sore head, all due to the position I was sleeping, this has really helped with pain relief. You can remove the extra bit to make the pillow lower if you wish, I have tried it both ways and both are comfy. It has a dip in middle to keep your head in place. I bought the bigger size, but had tried the smaller size aswell, both are really good. Keeps your head cool. Good quality material, looks really good. Good height but as previously stated can adjust by removing extra layer by unclicking the button in centre of pillow. Personal preference.

Best pillow ever made! So comfy and still supportive, has a little bit for your neck too

Well this is not for me says side back and front sleeping.On my side my next is at a big angle downwards so it's not usable that way, on my back main way of sleeping it's the same problem.If I pinch the pillow on its thickest part it's that soft I'm left with like half an inch if that of hight in the middle of the pillow it has a popper to the other side for the look with that means there is 0 foam there used it for 3 nights now, and each night woken up many times always cos of my neck hurting.Will I keep using this pillow no I won't. Will I open it up see if there is room to add foam and remove the popper yea I will.Now this might be OK for some, but for me I have a bigger head than the average person like hard hurts hurt on my head cos too tight.I've yet to find a pillow that support my head well and give me a good night sleep but this one for me is up at the top worst so far
