Amazing resource!
This is a great book and resource with a huge range of topics on how to build a healthy brain. It is extremely well researched and referenced throughout so you feel that you’re getting credible, quality information. Kimberley is so insightful and gives practical, evidence-based advice that is informative but not overwhelming. Love this book!!!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Outstanding! Fascinating, comprehensive & easy to read. Essential reading for all.
I read “How to build a healthy brain” in just a few sittings, I didn’t want to put it down! I have now gone back to the beginning to read it more thoroughly with a pencil & highlighter - this book is a goldmine & an outstanding debut.I am really enjoying learning about small achievable steps which I can take to best protect the health of my brain & optimise its function both now & for the future.I suffer from a number of mental health conditions and this book is educating me about ways by which I can improve my mental health eg through nutrition and exercise. Kimberley breaks down which foods are helpful for what functions of the brain & also suggests how you can incorporate these foods into your meals. All of this in a completely non-judgemental manner.Therapy remains a taboo topic & another standout feature of this book is how Kimberley successfully demystifies therapy highlighting the role which it can play in building a healthy brain. One of my favourite quotes comes from this section where Kimberley states that “therapy is non-invasive brain surgery”. Therapy is really difficult to describe & this for me is a brilliant description!This book is well researched and 100% evidence-based, proving to me that I can trust what Kimberley writes. “How to build a healthy brain” is packed full of interesting & helpful information about science, nutrition, psychology & much more. Kimberley explains everything in an easy to understand way without being patronising, an approach which is another standout feature of her book. There’s no need to have a degree or anything to be able to read this!Reading “How to build a healthy brain” has inspired me. It has left me encouraged, educated and excited about how I can take control of my brain health, knowing that my actions now will as Kimberley puts it “future-proof my brain”.I highly recommend this five star book as a must read for everyone!

Wonderfully interesting, well written but let down by its editing.
The subject matter and writer are fascinating, and Kimberley Wilson writes in an accessible manner making complex concepts easy to understand for non-scientists. Had the book had an editor it would have been even better - - eg from Chapter three: 'Head to Chapter 3 to find out more on this' (Alzheimers) and terms once introduced are referred to by their initials only - a glossary would have been very helpful.

Excellent book and delivery
I incorrectly said that this was delivered to the wrong address. It was delivered to my son in the US correctly. I cannot see a way of correcting this?BTW This book is great!
