Works great, after solving driver problem
I really like this adapter and would have given it five stars, except that it initially wouldn't work and I almost returned it. When I first plugged it into my Win10 PC, I got a popup message that the driver had loaded. But when I started XCTU to access the XBee, no com ports were found. After much frustration, I found that the correct driver for the SILABS CP2102 chip this device uses had not been loaded. After downloading the correct driver found on SILABS web site and manually loading it, the adapter works great.

Perfect multi-functional board
Perfect product! Besides using it as XBee adapter, you can also use it as UART to USB adapter - I tried and it works perfectly, you just need to solder a standard 0.1" header! Another benefit is that while operating at 3.3V (XBee voltage), both 3.3V and 5V terminals are available on the header. And it is built around genuine SILABS CP2102 chip.
