Q: Does this model release any water besides steam?

Hello and thank you for your question! Please note that when starting to release steam, you will see some water coming out of the unit, and this is completely normal as this is linked to the condensation caused by the hot steam passing through the hose, which is still cold. We always suggest our customers to dispense steam on a cloth or in a bucket to allow the hose to heat up. After about 30/40 seconds of pressing the steam release button continuously, the steam will get drier and there won’t be any more water coming out of the unit (just a few droplets might still be normal).

Q: Does this have an attachment that can clean grout?

Q: Does this unit deliver dry vapor?

Hello, thank you for contacting us! This unit does not deliver dry vapor, it uses regular steam. We offer another product that uses dry steam, it is called Polti Cimex Eradicator.
