Beautifully Done
This emergency card looks exactly as pictured and contains all the information I requested.My spouse will not wear his Medic Alert bracelet, so I had this made just in case and it is perfect and professionally done.The company did such a lovely job that had I seen it before Medic Alert, I would have just gone with this.I should have added that I am his caregiver but included that his medical info in in my handbag. It won't help if he is not with me when it is needed but hindsight is always 20/20, lol.I'll figure out how to include that he has a caregiver.I am very pleased with this card. It arrived timely, was well packaged and perfect.If you need such a card, don't hesitate to order from this company.

Wow, this was great! Since it was personalized with names and phone numbers it was said to require about 2 weeks to get it. I got it in 2 days. Works perfect.
