I bought this fire to stand in front of the open fireplace rather than for heat. It looks good and the flame effect is very nice. I have out the heat on a couple of times and it belts it out very strongly. The fire is free-standing so no fitting required.

An attractive looking fireplace, and a very good price. Bought for an elderly friend who loves it, saying it gives out a lot of heat. The flame effect is very realistic, lovely to watch. My only criticism is that the controls are too close to the heater. If you turn it on, initially, to give a lot of heat, and then go to turn it down to the lower setting, you are likely to burn your fingers. It would be far better tohave the controls on the side of the unit.

A great fire for slim or smaller fireplaces. It has a smart look and gives very good heat even on it's lowest setting. The thermostat senses a change in temperature very effectively so the ambient temperature is maintained. The flame effect is quite good for a low priced fire too. The fire is very well packaged. It is supported by polystyrene in an inner sealed box that is held tightly by rigid restraints at all 4 corners contained within a larger box.

I brought this electric fire to replace a gas appliance and really please with it, looks good and heat is very warm even on lower setting. Not noisy but does vibrate a little on the higher setting.Never had an electric fire before but very pleased and at a good price.

Well wrapped in 2 boxes. Great value for money looks fab much better than the one it's replaced which cost Approx £399. Could not be happier. Sent photo to friends and family due to lock down. They agree looks lovely. Tempted to buy another one as a spare. Also has separate temperature which other one did not have.
