Well u have to say u didn't think this would work I've been suffering chronic fatigue your a year, tryed all caffeine but nothing relieved it, it's only my first day taking it but wow I feel so awake for the first time in a year, I will update again but so far so good 👍

I thought I might experience the jitters but no these work so well and really do what they say they will keep you focused. So pleased I took the opportunity to buy these. They work out so much cheaper than keep buying energy drinks which I am sure aren't good for you. My son has tried them too for his exams and is really pleased with the results.

I've been using this for a few years and it's a fantastic product - gives me energy without the jitters that "normal" caffeine gives me.However, I went to order some today and see that it's suddenly increased in price from £20 (which it was when I last ordered in March) to almost £30! This is now too expensive. Shame.

Had to test it out for myself as per the reviews seemed tempting to try and needing something to give me energy around the time of feeling tired. This makes me feel wide a wake and is highly recommended.

Does what it says on the bottle .I suffer from IBS and it doesn’t upset my stomach would recommend this product.

I had bought these like a year ago when I used to work night shifts at McDonalds. Bought like 3 bottles over the course of 3 months (Found that taking 2 pills 30 minutes before I clocked in worked best) and after taking these supplements just WOW. The energy boost lasted 1-2 hours but paired with monster really got me energy rushed for 3 straight hours. I had found numerous articles about energy boosts and found a lot of posts saying how L - Theanine and CAfffiene pairs well together so decided to try this one out. TAKING INTO ACCOUNT that I had a very poor diet plan (Skinny fat - thought it would be a great idea to have 500 to 1,500 calorie deficit daiy to lose fat). So yeah working nightshifts with 1,000 calories per day these supplements carried me hard. Side effects I experienced was that I was doing so much for the first hours that I burnt out heavy for the rest of my shift (also my mind would just be braindead afterwards.. like before I had mild anxiety and sometimes these pills worsened my anxiety) - probably from the caffeine overload and poor dieting strategies. Crazy I went to gym after these shifts...
