Love the loudness and clearness of the sound from the speaker and the mic itself. User friendly. One thing that’s missing is that the mic should charge while it’s in the holder for convenience. Besides that, everything works properly and as described.

Faulty. Doesn’t work UPDATE
UPDATE: Upgraded my rating from 1 to 3 stars because customer services were great at responding and sorted out a refund for me quickly.I opened it a while after I bought it to use for my daughters party. Unfortunately, it wouldn’t turn on straight out of the box. It just doesn’t work. Very disappointed!

Unable to reduce the volume of speaker unfortunately
Exceptional sound quality.Quality is good( though there is a rattling noise from the mic when you shake it)Giving 4 star just because of difficulty in volume control.Suggestion: it was good, if the volume and other function is given as a twistable control.

I have tried the rest and now the best.
This is a great little compact device, great for indoor or outdoor use. I have bought a few pa systems for outdoor activities, but I have to say, this is the most portable and compact I have came across. Well worth the money, and the grandkids loved it too.
