Awesome laptop works great. Haven't had any issues. It practically has super powers compared to my old one and was worth the price I paid. It's important to know enough about computers too to know what to look for so if anyone had bad experiences it could be a lack of info on what their buying.

This laptop is almost good, except that it has frecuently blue prints when you are doing almost nothing. It used to stuck or freeze and you have to restart it. Thank to god I have microsoft office and I can use the cloud to do a backup and I don't lost my progress of my work. I don't know if the problem comes from windows 11 or the microsoft edge browser but It is annoying.In addition, as it is a gaming laptop you probably think that it is going to work with games, right? But this is not the reallity of this laptop. You could be playing solitaire and it will going to crash for the high temperatures!I can't recommend this PC at all, so I encourage you to buy a PC from another manufacture. It is unreliable

Let’s start off by saying, this computer runs very well. 1990x960p on most games I play. Handles large games consistently. There are 3 problems that I’d wish I knew before purchasingNumber 1: Computer only performs best when plugged in. When unplugged the FPS goes from 120-144 to about 25-35. Now this isint much of a problem for me as it’s plugged in 95% of the time.Number 2: When you run a large open world game or a very visual game the fans turn on and it gets quite noisy, not too big a problem if you have headsets in.Number 3: The charger gets extremely hot and overheats causing it to not charge the computer. This is a very big one for me. When playing competitively the last thing you want is to be at a disadvantage, as mentioned in #1 the frames will drop and in severe cases be non existent.Don’t get me wrong this is a great product; Awesome Graphics, Fast Loading, Quick Response. However it’s not the best for hardcore gamers, perfect for casual 4 hour gaming sessions.For the price it’s awesome, because I’m casually gaming half of the time. But if your looking for something serious, look elsewhere, this ain’t for you.

Computer was shipped in oversized box with no air pillows or packaging material. Just put in paper bag.. Box was crushed and computer was bouncing around with one dinged side on computer box.. Computer seems to be ok. Pretty sad for a expensive item to be shipped like this..
