My nails are generally healthy and strong, so I guess that it's working.The under-the-tongue method of taking these tablets is very simple. They're small and dissolve quickly with a very minor taste that's not unpleasant.

I wanted to wait and complete 1 entire bottle before writing a review. I am now into my 2nd bottle and finally starting to see some results. After about 3 weeks of usage, my nails started getting much stronger. After starting the 2nd bottle, my hair is starting to grow and as of right now, i see the most improvement in my eyebrows and eyelashes! I originally started biotin because i was losing a bunch of hair from my head and i wanted to stop it and hopefully reverse it. I'm guessing it will still take some time to see significant results for that. I am happy overall and will continue to use this. I wanted a supplement that was made in the USA and didn't have a bunch of unnecessary fillers. This one meets those requirements and is also easy to take. One little pill dissolved under the tongue, once a day,versus 3 huge horse pills for other supplements.

I have been using this product for about five years now! I heard that this is a very good vitamin to take for hair growth. I have been on it daily since then and my hair seems to grow beautifully! It is also a very healthy product to take. Love biotin! Definitely recommend this!
