Absolute Game Changer!
I bought this for use with Medela freestyle flex, fits perfectly in the 24mm cup. After weeks of painful pumping, struggling with supply and inefficient expressing these were worth every penny. I just wish I had known sooner there were options below 21mm. Definitely recommend!

Arrived in good time, fits my Medela Harmony but I measured myself and said I was an 18mm, I couldn’t find an 18mm so went for a 19mm and it’s too big so may need to size down and get a 17mm.
