Final Update:The new diffuser arrived very quickly, and works wonderfully. I've used it a fewroomed, and it's still working great. It gives off a large amount of diffused oil. Keep in mind that because it's a large basin, it will require more oil.I'm very pleased. Thank you!UPDATE:Blue Hills contacted me, and gave me some troubleshooting advice (because the info packet doesn't have any), and it still didn't work. They are willing to send a new one since this is a recent purchase.I'll change my rating from one start to 3 because of the great customer service.I'll do another update once the new diffuser arrives.Worked great the first day I used it. I left for vacation, came home a week later, and it doesn't diffuse.I'm sad.(I still need to extra troubleshooting, but I shouldn't have to after one use. I have used diffusers before, so I'm pretty sure its not user error.)

Love !!!
There was a question I read on here of someone asking if anyone else had the same issue of the essential oil scents dissipating quickly, and from my experience, yes they do….BUT I found these room scents that aren’t entirely oil and dissolve into the water, so the scent lasts as long as the water does ! ( seen in picture ) They have a wide range of scents (the one pictured is the only one I’ve tried, and can vouch for )aside from that the diffuser is overall great, I love the color, size, aesthetic, and ease of using settings buttons. Really have no complaints….10/10

Stopped working!!!
This only lasted for less than 3 months. Quiet and worked good. Cleaned it as per the manual, however just this past week it stopped putting out any mist. Great while it lasted but would recommend purchasing a different brand that lasts longer.

Amazing diffuser but stopped working, not too bulky. Would consider purchasing another one as like the mist control option but don’t want to end up with a defective diffuser again

This is an amazing, wonderful diffuser and humidifier !
I purchased this diffuser to use at night while sleeping, it has soft lights in different colors, or you can have the no lights option, the tank holds a gallon of water and it's wonderful that it does not need topping off frequently! The Breathe oil and Sleep Oil last a long time, and they really do work ! No more dry throat, mouth, nose or eyes.You can select less mist, medium mist or lots of mist, and the mist vent is easy to dial in the direction you want the air to go. I definitely recommend this machine !

Now this I spend some good money and I love having it
For real I do love having this little machine I put it all the time on I buy like the peppermint oil and some other fragrances fill up that big ass tank of water and throw some dress in there and the whole room smells like that and also it keeps the mice away cuz they don't like the smell of some of those fragrances I really recommend this this works really good

QUIT WORKING IN LESS THAN A YEAR
Purchased in 2/2023 and loved the unit. Great mist, didn't have to refill as often. Used it every day continuously. Cleaned it twice a week. Eventually, the mist stopped coming out unless I played with the positioning of the top. Sometimes had to rig the top at an angle just so it would produce. Then the electronics failed. :( Not sure where i stand on this one cause when it worked it was great. Just feel for the money that it should have lasted longer. I have cheaper, smaller diffusers that I have had for years that still work.

Great diffuser!
I bought this diffuser about 6 months ago. I absolutely love it. It works amazing. And the large capacity is great because I don’t feel like I’m filling it up all the time. I would buy it again and again.
