Never, ever again...
Item was packaged so poorly that it's completely misshapen and has multiple creases in the material. Bottom doesn't even sit flush on the counter. This is a Christmas present for my mother in law and I am stuck giving her this garbage because I don't have time to return it for a new one.

Lining ripped after a week of use
This is the third handbag I have purchased from you that the inside lining ripped after a few days of use. I can not return it because it is the only handbag I have. Are these handbags in storage so long that they dry rot? I am very dissatisfied with these products. I spend a lot of money on your site and have never had a problem with anything else. I would really appreciate a replacement sent to me at no additional cost. Thank you.
