The product is outstanding. It is not made of a top-quality material but it is excellent and it serves the purpose beyond expectation.

Easy to assemble but very disappointed in the quality of the fabric. It's not afaux leather. In fact it's a cloth material not easy to dust off and wipe clean as a faux leather would be.

Bought this futon/sofa for my tiny-cabin, since it can also convert to another bed. Made the mistake of first assembling it in my living room. The kids got such a kick out of it, they didn't want me to move it up to the cabin. Simple, functional, surprisingly comfortable...might have to buy another one now.

Comes in a 80+ lbs box. Some assembly required. Tool and screws provided. Solid metal legs. Adequate padding.

I bought this to sleep on until I get back into my house. It was so hard it hurt my back. I let the foam cushions expand for two days before sitting or laying on it. As a couch it’s comfortable enough. I then bought a five inch memory foam mattress to add to the top. Now it feels like a hard cheap motel bed. I had planned to use this in my new house as extra sleeping space for guests. Good thing I tried it myself. Now I know I need to find something else for adults to use when they visit.

It looks nice and great for a small apartments, easy to assemble But extremely hard, not cushioned at all and unbearable to sleep on. I'm going to get a memory foam topper for my guest when they sleep on it...

When laid out as a bed. The middle, Where the top and bottom meet as it’s in couch mode, folded down as a bed there isn’t any padding. Very hard to lay on. Needs a long narrow tempur pedic mattress insert for the middle. Or pillows.Ok for small kids to sleep on one side or the other. But not for an adult. Too short for anyone who is taller than 5’7Easy to put together.Legs come inside a velcro pocket on the back side of the futon.

I bought this futon for my kid's playroom and it is perfect! Easy to assemble and comfortable in all positions. I was an idiot and didn't find the zipper pocket with accessories in it and Customer Service was prompt and extremely helpful with all communications. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their product. I would absolutely purchase from them again.
