Q: Does this plug into a 110 bolt timer?

No "plug", but you can certainly wire it in.

Q: How do you connect the valve to power?

I'm using this valve in a hot water makeup system, currently has a 3/4" check valve which isn't working correctly, so I'm replacing the cv with the new valve. The threads match-up (ya), and I'm going to hard wire right into the circulation pump (120 v), this should work properl, any suggestions?

Q: Will this work for gravity flow water? Like, 2psi? Normal irrigation valves need high pressure.

In my opinion it should. I use it for spa heater which uses a centrifugal pump to force water through valve and then coil of tankless heater in boiler. I don't know what the pump pressure is but I get good flow.
