Q: How long can it last？

For me, I got about 4-6 hours without having to reapply, but I’d gather that results may vary depending on how much you touch your eye, apply water to the eye area, etc etc… as it’s water resistant rather than waterproof.

Q: Where are these made and do they contain talc?

They are creamy and waterproof. I don’t know if they have talc in them but, they work really well especially when you need a fast look.

Q: Does it twist to get more or is it just the tip that you get on the stick?

It twists to get more. Don’t know if it’s full or not. Haven’t had it very long.
