Good product / affordable price
I am very happy with this purchase. It comes with a USB dongle for each device or you can use the Bluetooth. I only have one USB port on my laptop, so I am using it to connect the mouse and Bluetooth for the keyboard. Both work very well. Both Keyboard and mouse are ergonomic and I find it very comfortable. What I especially like about the keyboard is its compact size which allows me to pack it with in my backpack and take it anywhere I go. I used to have a MS keyboard / mouse combo which I liked but they stopped working. A similar MS product now costs over $250. This product is a perfect replacement.

No more discomfort
I’ve tried a lot of keyboards. This one is the best. It’s quiet and comfortable. Have had no issues so far. Works perfectly.

Good keyboard, bad mouse.
Perfectly happy with the keyboard. I've always used wired keyboards so this is my first wireless one. I first tried using the keyboard with blue tooth and it worked okay, but found using USB has the advantage because it works as soon as I turn on the computer whereas blue tooth wouldn't work until after I put in my computer's password.I deducted two stars however because of the mouse that's included in this package. I would not recommend paying the extra money for the wireless mouse. There is a push button protruding from the bottom of the mouse that allows switching between two blue tooth channels and USB. The button protrudes from the base of the mouse enough that, as you move the mouse along any surface, the movement presses the button and changes channels. This happens frequently and when it does the mouse quits working until you pick it up and press the button back to the desired channel. I had given up using the mouse because it quit working every few minutes so it was too much trouble. After a few days, I decided to use a dremel tool to try and flatten the button down to the level of the mouse base. This solved the problem. However, this is an inexcusable flaw that shows negligence in either design or mfg., and no one purchasing an item like this should have to alter it to make it work properly.

Takes a bit of getting used to.
Works as it should and is easier on my hands.

Really like it--except when it gets keystrokes backwards.
Replaced a Microsoft ergonomic keyboard.Pros:* Small, no wasted space--I never use a keypad.* Brings mouse much closer to my right hand--the primary reason I bought this keyboard.* Key feel is nice.Cons:* The ergonomic mouse is not useful to me. Good thought, but the problem is that I have to raise my hand (to clear its large size) and rotate the wrist every time I use it.* If you press "i" "o" one after another, it will sometimes type "oi" instead of "io". This happens with other key combinations as well. I almost returned it for this reason, but have retrained myself to add a delay between the two keys.* The left Alt key is too far to the left of the spacebar. This has taken a bit of retraining.* The delete key is in the outer reaches. It's taken a couple of weeks, but I'm getting back up to full speed with this keyboard.

doesn't work
first off it takes two double AA batteries not two AAA batteries, the triple AAA batteries don't fit. The USB on mine doesn't work. Don't buy, will be sending this back - the first keyboard I was sent was the wrong one, the second one doesn't work. I'll never be buying anything from this company again

Take your time move slow to accustom to the new board
This key board took me about 4 days to accustom to but it is great . I set my hands up the same as I did on my regular keyboard . For a while I thought this is not going to work but in this short period I was moving right along . My shoulders hurt and hands hurt while getting adjusted but this all worked out as well . It is a keeper for sure !

Came Used And Dirty As Well As Missing a USB - Likely Amazon's Fault
I should've snapped a photo of how it looked since both the mouse and keyboard had grime and dirt from someone else. It came packaged in a plastic bag for both of them, which was weird. I expected it to at least be in a box.The keyboard had Duracell batteries in it with no stopping film or anything from powering the keyboard like most new keyboards/mice have. The mouse came with no batteries. For some reason the USB was put inside the mouse battery area, and I didn't see a way that that USB would even go into the keyboard USB holder on the pack, so I don't think that one even worked.I didn't try to use the keyboard or mouse connected to a PC since the grime and dirt was gross. It doesn't seem ergonomic though since the wrist rest is insanely huge and causes your wrists to have to have extension, which isn't ergonomic.
