So fortunately I purchased this laptop for £179 as it was on sale. For this price the laptop actually performs as expected because I would expect a £179 laptop to run like garbage. However the actual price of this laptop is £600 and I cannot stress enough to you how much you should NOT pay that much money for this product.It is agonisingly slow, to the point I can't even have 3 tabs open in chrome without it completely freezing up. I bought the laptop with the sole purpose of downloading music through Beatport/YouTube and running Rekordbox as a home DJ but it can barely even load Beatport and the only way I can open Rekordbox is with the WiFi turned off and no other programs open. I've typed out this whole review waiting for it to try and close Chrome it's just stuck here doing nothing. My family dial up internet PC was faster than this in 2007. It's entirely my own fault for buying this in a rush because of a big shiny sale sticker but please save yourself the frustration and buy one of the many far superior products for a similar price point that are out there.

Present for partner who likes a light notebook to do internet shopping etc. it is the second one we have bought. It is a budget build having a few consequential issues with the body and power connector but for the price we cannot fault it. If you want.sturdy or flashy this is not the one for you

Over rated

I bought this computer in March 2023, all was fine until the last weekend of July 2024, after having it stored for about a month I tried to turn it on, all that happened was the screen logo popped up with the power lamp on, after couple of seconds both went out. Then, they repeatedly came on and off. I found the only way to make the computer stay on (discovered more by luck than judgement) I held F12 and pressed power button trying to reach safe mode, all that happened, the computer stayed on while F12 was held. From finding this out, I reinstalled Windows in case it was a software issue, however it continues to happen. I took to my local computer repairer and the fix is not economically viable. For £167 laptop. it requires a new keyboard, best price £60 from China, however long that takes, plus labour to repair. Then there's no guarantee the new keyboard will last any longer.

I first opened this laptop two weeks ago to test it. It was going fine for the first 5 minutes and then it all went wrong when I was trying to add in my personal details. The screen glitched and when I turned it on the second time, it shown this blue screen and turned off completely. It’s now refusing to turn on even when it’s charged. Absolute disgrace of a product and I went a refund.

Unfortunately key 2 shift symbol should be @ but " appears on screen and vice versa. Key 3 shift symbol should be # sign but £ appears on screen, cannot find # symbol anywhere.Overall ok for the price
