I've backed a couple of Simon Monk's projects on Kickstarter, and they were great. So when I saw this item I just had to go for it. This kit is a 'easy' introduction to RFID. The booklet it comes with is detailed and is easy for a novice, (like me), to grasp the basics. I originally got this to try to make my own 'passcard' door lock, and whilst this kit will not get this done straight away, by building on the knowledge contained in the booklet this project was accomplished, (thanks Simon). Overall a very nice and easy introduction to RFID.
